• Ensuring projects activities comply with policies and regulations of the donor organization,
  
• Overseeing the development and execution of projects deliverables,
  
• Leading projects planning,
  
• Initializing projects budgets,
  
• creating projects action plans and monitoring processes of implementation,
  
• Preparing projects execution reports at various stages and submit to executive director and respective donor of the specific project,
  
• Oversight the operating budget for potential projects,
  
• Complying with Executive Director’s project implementation directives,
  
• Prepare execution reports for on-going and completed projects.
